Johnson Family Missions

Finally back home in New Zealand. It was a long trip - 46 days with about half in Philippines and half in Hong Kong. Please read my most recent report here. The world map was an anointed tool through the Call2All Congress. Here are some pictures of the Call2All Congress which we believe shifted the final days of the end times harvest significantly. The congress was one of the largest gathering of Mainland Chinese Christians leaders anywhere - ever. The intensity of the work of the Lord at the Congress was due to their fervor and hunger. Us westerners just got to go along for the ride. After 4 days of presentations, round table discussions, workshops and plenary presentations the 3,000 delegates have made written commitments to the 7 main areas related to the Great Commission. These commitments represent hundreds of organizations and denominations. They come from all spheres of society. It will take days to get the final totals from the commitment forms, but already they represent the largest body of commitments ever made to finishing the Great Commission. Commitment goals include: *To reach 1.73 billion people with the gospel by 2020 *Hundreds of pledges to engage unreached people groups (We even discovered a couple of these groups in the Philippines which we intend to reach.) *Over a 100,000 new houses of prayer *Hundreds of new oral bible teams will work in the most remote parts of the world (Rockford's own Jim Rosene, President of Kids around the World, is the Children's Task Force Chair of the Orality International.) *1.8 million new church plants by 2020 These were heartfelt, spirit-led, commitments after 3 days of seeking the Lord. The worship on the final night was like no other I had ever been in attendance at. Just the mention of the name of Jesus through the night brought spontaneous cheers and worship that erupted throughout the evening. It is so obvious we are living in the last hours of history as the Great Commission is about to be fulfilled. We are privileged, humbled and honored to be the team members that represent you in these hours overseas.
